I have always maintained all of my power equipment and tools but recently ran into an issue with my Craftsman RER that I needed help with. I found.Orrie’s business online and gave him a call and was very impressed with his professional demeanor and communication skills. He also kept me in the loop when weather delayed his appointment and never left me wondering what was happening when it was happening or how much I was going to spend. He ended up coming to my house on a Saturday morning when I was at home diagnosed the issue and ordered the ignition part needed. He made the return trip and did the Repair and TEST of the Mower all within a week and a very reasonable price. Even though I was here for his first visit, that is not a requirement for his services. I feel that he is beyond professional in his relationships with customers, provides excellent service, and knows what he is doing! Not only will I use him again, I will certainly recommend him to everyone that I know!
